Windows 10: Memory reference problem?

My computer keeps coming up with this error and I don't know what to do:the instruction at 0x00007FFE33C3B14F referenced memory at 0x00007FFE0B786260. the required data was not placed into memory because of i/o error status of 0xc000009c

To further assist you, we suggest that you run the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool. Refer to the steps provided below:

• On the Start screen, type memory.
• Click Settings and then click the result Diagnose your computer's memory problems.
• Select the option to run the tool.

We also suggest you to temporarily disable the antivirus as it consumes more memory and then try to upgrade.
