Windows 10: Memory-related blue screen errors

I have been getting the following 'blue screen' errors after upgrading my PC.EXCEPTION_ON_INVALID_STACKIRQL_LESS_OR_EQUALMEMORY_MANAGEMENTKERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURESYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_MWinDbg reveals that these exceptions are raised by the Windows NT Kernel, but after a fresh install, I am still getting most of these.I thought it might be a RAM issue, so I used a different kit, but I am getting the same exceptions. I also tried swapping out the motherboard, which also didn't change anything.What next steps can I take to debug the issue? Thanks.

What is the complete error message/ error code of this issue?

This issue might have happened due to the hardware replacement on your device.

Step 1: I suggest you to install all the pending updates on your device and check if it helps.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

Step 2: Also, contact your device manufacturer's website and update the BIOS drivers to check if the issue persists.

  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.

However, please let us know:

• 
  When exactly are you getting the Blue Screen error?
  
• 
  What is the error message you receive?
  
• 
  Are you aware of any changes made to the computer recently?
  
• 
  What is the make and model of the computer?
  

I have analyzed the dump files shared by you and found that the error is caused by a Memory corruption.



I would suggest you to run a Windows Memory Diagnostic check on the computer to check test the memory installed on the computer. Refer the steps
mentioned below:

1. 
   Press
   Windows key + R, to open Run dialog box.
   
2. 
   Type
   mdsched and click on OK.
   
3. 
   Click on
   Restart now and check for problems.
   

Also, if you are using two RAM sticks, I would suggest you to using one RAM stick and see if that helps.
