Windows 10: Memory slots

I cannot see memory slot in my Windows 7 laptop. I wanted to know if it can be upgraded from 2GB to 4GB

1. (2) Supports two (2) modules inserted into either the red slots or the black slots as onepair of Dual-channel memory con guration. We suggest that you install the modulesinto slots A2 and B2 for better compatibility.

Can pl list out the models with at least 16gb internal memory & external memory slot. I am planning to chg fr my Nokia 820. Txs.
