Windows 10: memory stick problem

Discus and support memory stick problem in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; when I but the persons memory stick I had a problem can you help me how do you take the info from the memory stick from the other computer like wipe it...     memory stick problem


    when I but the persons memory stick I had a problem can you help me how do you take the info from the memory stick from the other computer like wipe it off because

    when I go to office or others it show the other persons profile name.

    We regret the inconvenience caused to you. We will be glad to assist you with your issue.

    • Does the issue occur when u try with different USB drive?
    • Did you install all the pending Windows update?

    I suggest you to first try and check with different USB Memory stick and check if the same issue occurs. Also try using your current USB memory stick in different USB port and check. Also install all the pending Windows
    updates and check. You can also try using the Memory stick on another system and check if its working fine.

    For now, you can try updating the drivers of the Memory Stick and check if it helps:

    Follow the steps to update drivers from the Device Manager:

    1. Right click on
    Start button, select Device Manager andEnter.

    2. Find the drivers which needs to be installed and also see if there are any warning symbols. If yes update the drivers.

    3. Right click on the Memory stich device and click on
    Update driver.

    - What happens when you connect memory stick to your PC?

    - Do you get any error message?

    Meanwhile I suggest you to Run Hardware and Device troubleshooter
    and check if it helps.

    If your computer is having problems with a recently installed device or other hardware, try using the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter to fix the problem. It checks for common issues and makes sure that any new device or hardware
    attached to your computer was installed correctly.

    Follow the steps given below:


    • Type Troubleshooting in the search box and press Enter key.

    • Click on view all option on the upper left corner.

    • Select the Hardware and Device options from the list.

    • Click Next to run the
      Hardware and Device Troubleshooter.
