Windows 10: Memory test gives black screen

Hello,I tried running a memory test on my computer. I have windows 10 operating system. I started the memory scan and the computer went to a black screen I waited a few min, and it did not give me an option to pick the mode of scan to run standard, basic, etc. The screen stayed black but the computer was on, So, I pushed the power button to restart the computer. The computer is on, but still has a black screen. Pressing F1 or windows+r, or ctrl+alt+del hasn't done anything. What can I do now?
