Windows 10: Memory utilization

Having a difficult time accounting for memory utilization on our virtual desktops.Each machine is allocated 16 GB of RAM with a 2 GB fixed size page file.An idle machine is displaying between 72% - 75% Used Physical Memory.Physical Memory in use - approx. 12,000 MDPhysical Memory available - approx. 4,300 MBStandby - 4100 MBFree - 160 MBCached - 4200 MBIf you total the memory used by processes, it accounts for 5,000 MB.Why is the memory usage so high?Where is the "other" memory being utilized.

Removing WLAN Utilities

Wan update instructions below state remove wan utilities,

Uninstallation instructions:

• Turn WLAN Off
• Manually uninstall "WLAN Utilities" package from the installed applications.
• Turn WLAN On

I can't find them under installed applications anywhere. Could somebody give step by step instrucions, I've looked in :

Installations/ already installed.
