Windows 10: Memory Value vs Percentage

In Task Manager, it appears that I am using 1.5 gigabytes of RAM. My computer has 8 gigabytes of RAM, and I'm pretty sure 1.5 GB of RAM isn't 84% of 8 GB. Anybody know why this is or if some hidden programs are using a whole bunch of RAM? Thank you in advance!

Windows 11 Memory Diagnostic Tool percentage value and numerical value display abnormally in 4K monitor

Boot to OS and run Windows Memory Diagnostic tool in 4K monitor.

System is still running , but the percentage value shows as follows.

How could I solve it ?

 

Wrong memory percentage?

Yes, total all the entries in the Memory column, and you will see that it will come to the percentage at the top of the column. You can't just use a single row to determine the total amount of memory in use.
