Windows 10: memory_management bsod. Does memtest86 v7.4 test onboard ram?

I just got my 2nd memory_mgmt bsod in 2 months.
My laptop has 8gb soldered ram on motherboard, and 8gb stick ram. 16gb total.
memtest detects 16gb ram, but only lists the Samsung 8gb ram stick under system info.
Even though memtest doesn't identify the onboard ram chips, does it still test them?

My Daughter's computer BSODs at least once daily, more often if in use.

There appears to be an older version of McAfee installed that appears to caused or contributed to some of the blue screen errors so I might suggest to uninstall McAfee and use Windows built-in antivirus (Windows Defender) and firewall.

Also, if the BSODs occur and persist only when using a discrete video card consider that the issue is related to the card, not necessarily the card itself, such as issue with the PCI-E slot, over-heating using the discrete card, etc.

Consider also testing the physical RAM with a memory test such as Memtest86+ as some of the BSODs were MEMORY_MANAGEMENT errors:

Computer shuts down after being in sleep mode for 5 minutes after installing Windows 10

The minidump files show several different errors such as ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY and MEMORY_MANAGEMENT.

Try testing the memory with a memory checker such as MemTest86+
