    Did you check Task Scheduler for any left over Defender tasks that might be starting?

    I've tried Windbg but always found that it was a little sparse when it came to features.

    I don't think that Defender is causing this issue as nobody else mentioned it in any of the earlier dumps. I think that it came on after I uninstalled\reinstalled my anti-virus long after I started this thread.

    I think that all of the services are out, is there a page that says what I should be looking for, in case I've missed something?

    Open Task Scheduler, navigate to Windows Defender and see if any tasks are still running.
