Windows 10: menu field ticks missing 17035

Discus and support menu field ticks missing 17035 in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; I cant see ticks in menus. eg bsplayer or throttlestop. in some programs the function is triggd by clicking text of the function, but eg in bsplayer...     I cant see ticks in menus. eg bsplayer or throttlestop.
    in some programs the function is triggd by clicking text of the function, but eg in bsplayer you have to check it and th isnowh to tick it. in throttlestop th should be ticks aswell. see in last picture how it should look like

    cortana is deaf and mute in 17040

    sixed cortana in 17035 , but unable to fix in build 17040

    OneDrive Personal Missing 'Green Ticks'

    Thanks Joseph. Reset did not fix the problem . Office365 support eventually fixed the problem by completely uninstalling Onedrive and re - installing from office365 business portal. They did say that this was caused by the July update.
