    My Mercer Guru LTE seems to be stuck in recovery mode. The screen flashes the Mercer Logo and says it needs to go into recover mode. But it never does and the screen flashes the whole time.

    Mercer laptop

    Hi Dave

    If I turn on the Mercer, it Automatically starts flashing the Mercer logo. I have tried pressing the start button to force a **** down but it doesn't. It does not matter what I press as it looks like it's switching on and off the whole time. I do not even get to the screen with the spinning dots.
