Windows 10: Mesia player can not access some of the mp3 files in download folder, it says you don't...

Amazon mp3 music are in Download folder. Media Player on win10 will play every song if I open them in the download folder but when transfered to a playlist on Media player then media player plays only some of the songs. It says : ...you don't have permission to access to this file" while windows media player has no problem opening all the files. I don't want to use the windows media player because I can't find the Equalizer any more. I'm the only person using this computer and this is a music file not a top secret file why is windows media player can access it but not the newer version of

I believe that Cowon (iAudio) and iRiver mp3/digital players still support folder sorting and drag & drop. If it comes to sound quality, Cowon is perhaps the best choice (e.g. the S9 or J3), but their mp3-/digitalplayers aren't cheap.
