Windows 10: Message: AADSTS50196: The server terminated an operation because it encountered a client...

I reinstalled my computer to original state. Now when I log in to input all my info it has this error. I cannot see the Microsoft # long enough to write them down. Someone said to try another browser? How when I can't get past this pop up error?
