Windows 10: Message ESIF1.0.10702.25133 TYPE: ERROR MODULE: IPF TIME 13275 ms

Premise: Updated WIN11 Operating System; BIOS updated; Nvidia drivers updated; Intel Dynamic Tuning drivers updated;All other drivers are updated;Hi all, I've been encountering an error from the Windows event log for about 20 days, the error appears as soon as I start the laptop but I don't notice any freezes, but when I open the games e.g. call of duty it happens that the keyboard, mouse and a external sound cards no longer work and in the event log I find the error attached below, so the error occurs both when starting the PC and during the game, in which case crashing the PC or deactivati

Hi!

I use my computer for education and work. It is a personal computer and is not attached to any domain, and has no corporation policy applied to it.

There is two types of IPF error. Please find screenshot/photo below.

It is a brand new laptop and since it was installed this error is presented at Windows Application log appearing many times a day. See screenshot/photo below.
