Windows 10: message flashed on my screen: A 'TRANS RECEIVER' setup and ready to go

To my surprise a window flash on my screen stating a MicroSoft 'TRANS RECEIVER' is setup & ready to go ! Please advise if this is a SNOOPER MALWARE or a safe item needed for a reason?

I did not in no way shape or form search for or have any idea where this came from; nor what this is; nor how it entered into my PC. It did not show up on my PROGRAMS FILES.

also my MSN outlook E-Mail was compromised 9/26/20, had to reset my passcode 10/2/'20 to access my mail & have no idea what happened or if this was inserted via the compromise?

Please help.

received blue screen error

  When exactly you had received this blue screen error?

  Did you receive any error message with the blue screen?

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to download and install any pending updates that needs to be installed on the computer through Windows update and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

If the issue persists, I suggest you to run DISM and check if it helps.
