Windows 10: Message with one website after last Windows update "This site can't be reached."

Hello! English-language sites stopped loading after the last Windows update, mostly U.S. geolocation. For example, this site <URL removed> opened before the update, but now it doesn't. I tried to use Chrome, Edge, and Firefox browsers, but all the same error message "This site can't be reached." Rebooting the laptop and router didn't help. Reinstalling browsers didn't help. Turning on VPN didn't help. Disabling Windows Defender didn't help. On other devices, I have no problem with opening the website. Please help me solve the problem, as I work with these sites and lost a lot of ti

Windows Update Error Message 0x80070543


Ya Ya Ya, there's over a hundred threads like this, ...

Anyway, started getting this error message a few days ago, and done a lot of searching on this error message, apparently it's not, uncommon.

In particular, the (currently) 4 updates that are being affected are:

• Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 (KB3173428) - Error 0x80070543
• Security Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 (KB3172729) - Error 0x80070543
• Security Update for Adobe Flash Player for Windows 10 Version 1511 (KB3174060) - Error 0x80070543
• Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 (KB3176493) - Error 0x80070543

The actions I've taken to date are:

1. Uninstalled firewall program (comodo)
2. Uninstalled anti-virus (Avast)
3. Reset the windows update catalog on local machine.

So the above errors are with the above done.

What other steps should I be taking to resolve the issue?

I am trying to log into a website that i need for work, and when i do so i get this message:

This site can’t be reached

www.brokerbriefcase.com’s server IP address could not be found.

• Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

I tried reaching out to the company, but they said it was an issue with my network? This is the only site that I am having issues with. Does anyone have any idea how I can gain access to it?

Can't reach a certain website

Thanks a lot for you reply.

Sorry that I saw it only 3 days after you sent t to me. Hotmail had pushed your answer in the junk section, so I missed it. The problem with not reaching that website got solved two days after my question to you, as it was suddenly reachable as usual. So
probably the problem was based on the server's side of that website. Just strange, that during the trouble to reach it by my wifi, it was working on the data transfer by my cell's sim card.
