Windows 10: Messages On Phonelink But Not Phone

I have 2 phishing messages that appear on phonelink, but are not on my Samsung S21. I can't delete them. I uninstalled phonelink, and then reinstalled. hi - I have been using PhoneLink to send messages, but since yesterday the send button is greyed out and I cannot send the messages I am typing. My phone is showing as "connected" in PhoneLink. What can I do? Thank you.

 

use phonelink only for text message

is it possible to get phonelink to only be used for text message and not phone calls? I've a iPhone 14 and my laptop pickup every phone call use my laptop as a phone. I only want text messages routed to my laptop. I search high and low for a setting with no luck. TIA
