  1. Messed up registry editor on File Explorer, any way to restore?

Hi,I stupidly deleted a registry editor item without being 100% sure what it was, and I accidentally deleted the Quick Access Toolbar on file explorer. Any way to reset it? I tried to redownload windows 11 entirely, but I keep getting an error on the download that tells me to contact support. I'm hoping there's an easy way to fix this, like a default Registry editor I could import or something. Thanks in advance!

    :)

    Registry Editor

So I was looking for a way to optimize my pc's gaming performance and I tried optimization tweaks and mistakingly messed wth the registry editor and permissions so if i try to open file explorer or most windows apps like RunTimeBroker it says i either don't have it installed or i don't have permissions to access it and i think it's because of the registry permissions settings. I can't even open up the startup windows menu. Please if anyone knows what to do like how to reset Registry editor to default(using Command Prompt) or i don't know just please help me as soon as possible.
