hi everyone. been trying my messenger for about a year now. I can hear people and see them, but they can only see me no sound. please can any one help to fix sound

Speaker phone and they can't hear

Darn it! It did it again, right in the middle of a phone call! I could hear loud and clear and suddenly the other person couldn't hear me as if I had turned on the mute button. But the mute button wasn't the problem. I switched off the loud speaker function
and the other person could hear me again.

 

My N96 problem cant hear people who call me over the phone but they can hear me?

when people call me they can hear me but i cant hear them? but if i change my phone to loud speaker i can hear them and they can hear me still what would be the problem?



some ppl have said sometimes 2 contacts on the speaker come off could it be this?

Step 1:

I suggest you enable settings in the Playback Devices and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• Right click on the speaker icon on your taskbar.
• Select Playback Devices.
• Click on the Playback Devices and right click on the
  Speakers/Headphones.
• Check mark on the Show Disabled Devices and
  Show Disconnected Devices.

If the issue persists the follow the below step.
