Windows 10: Messing around with settings and have accidentally made all of my text extremely blocky

Today I was messing around with the windows 10 settings and have accidentally made all of the text very blocky this includes all text including all web browsers as well. So I was wondering if anybody knows how to change it back as it is very annoying.

Games main screen blocky instead of text

I have this game, ARMA, and the main screen is all blocky instead of text.. like it doesn't render properly. I have an ATI 5750 1 gig ddr5 video card on win 7 64 bit. Never saw anything like this problem before.

Ideas? Thanks.

I edited the above post.. card is not overclocked.. never saw this before with any other game.

This game playes a demo movie in the background of this main screen. It is all blocky too.. not just the text.. it's really like this thing has serious render problems, but I don't see why when everything else works fine.. even newer games.. this game is old, from 2007.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
