Windows 10: Metadata staging failed, result=0x80070490 for container

I've been at my wits end trying to troubleshoot this. My computer will crash if it's left alone or if I put in sleep mode or crash unexpectedly. The 4 different containers that need fixing are listed as issues word for word below:

Metadata staging failed, result=0x80070490 for container '{34153FC0-5E83-11ED-BA84-28D0EAAFAE5F}'

Metadata staging failed, result=0x80070490 for container '{D397268A-724C-B4EF-D641-C9234BA2948B}'

These are the only prevalent issues I need help with fixing, since they remain in the Event Viewer program even after clearing all events/logs.

I have the exact same issue: Metadata staging failed, result=0x80070490 for container '{00000000-0000-0000-FFFF-FFFFFFFFFFFF}'

There are over 200 exact same events. As soon as I tried using H & R Business Software, I started getting this Event ID 131 error.

There should be a solution.
