Windows 10: Metallic Sound with JBL Tune 115 BT

Hello you all!I have a problem with my headphones JBL Tune 115bt. Every time I try to join a Microsoft-Teams or Zoom-Meeting alle I hear are weird metallic sound. The platform doesn’t really matter, but I don’t hear any of the other participants. The sound is hard to stand so I can’t tell if it’s going away after a few minutes.I tried installing the headphones again, turned my computer on and off, but it doesn’t change anything.I can listen to music via pc with no problems at all. Headphones bluetooth JBL 115BT metallic sound with Windows 10

Hi all,

This strange behavior is happening with my JBL 115BT when connected to Windows 10 wirelessly via bluetooth.

When connected, after a while, I can't hear anything else other than a metallic sound. It doesn't matter if I'm listening to music or in a call via Skype, Teams, Zoom or any other tool.

This time - after connected and the issue starts happening - is random. It takes 3, 4 or 7 minutes.

To solve the problem I have to click in the sound configuration (right below screen) and switch to the computer's sound device and then switch back to the JBL one. And it works. But then after 5minutes starts happening again.

It's awful.

JBL TUNE600BTNC Sound issue

Same probleme here. JBL Tune600btnc with a Lenovo X1 Carbon. I have identified tthe following problem: In Sound Settings, in the Playback tab, when performing the sound Test on the JBL as a Headset, the test gives a terrible loud noise.
