Windows 10: Metered Connection Warning

My Outlook comes with a warning about the extra charge.

How can I solve that?

How do I avoid Outlook form warning about a metered connection while still leaving the connection as metered? I rarely get large attachments, and so accessing email doesn't use much data. However, it's still important to leave the connection as metered for
other purposes, for example to prevent Windows from downloading large operating system updates.

How do I tell just Outlook to not keeping bothering me about the same metered connection?

We understand how you feel about the situation. We're sorry for the trouble.

This issue could occur if you have enabled the metered connection.

If you want to remove the current connection as a metered one, then go the Networks by clicking the network icon and then right click on the connection and select Set as non-metered connection.

Once you have done this, Outlook will not show you the warning about metered connection.

Most likely you are using a Wifi Connection and this connection is set as "metered"
This is to avoid large quantities of data to be downloaded if you are in a Hotel or else on a public Wifi where you can use only an X amount of data.

In Settings you can find Network and Internet en make sure your connection is no longer indicated as "metered"

where is that option? is it in Outlook (2013) or in Windows 10?
