Windows 10: Metro Apps after 1511

Hey guys, long time reader fist post tho.
i considere myself computer "able"! but i have this stupid problem since upgrading to windows 10. upgrade went fine although when i wanted to register a new user, this new user start menu wont even open. tried many times and did many sugestions, none worked.
i realizaed after those tries that my start menu had gone maniac, ie, all windows apps show like in the picture and none works. looked around and all the solutions just dont seem to work.
anyone has any ideas (the term "outros" means "others" in portuguese!
cant also opens windows store or OneNote or anything! since i'm just about to buy an ssd i'll just probably reinstal everything! just worried this might happen again!
