Discus and support MFA connected to old phone number in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; My MFA for my Microsoft account outlook, teams, ... is connected to a phone number that doesn't exist anymore.     My MFA for my Microsoft account outlook, teams, ... is connected to a phone number that doesn't exist anymore. I've tried to update the phone number but I can't without Microsoft asking for the MFA. So I'm kind of stuck at the moment. I need the MFA to change the MFA, but I can't change the MFA as I can't do the MFA. I tried changing the MFA via my account through all sorts of ways. Every time I get blocked by the MFA. I didn't find a way so I contacted my organisation because the guides on here told me. My organisation said they don't use MFA even though I had to put a phone number in to g

    Help!!! I have a new phone number and MFA isn't working. I'm praying someone can help!!

    Unless you know your password, you're pretty much out of luck. Since you have MFA enabled you need at least two factors: the password and an authenticator or an SMS destination or another email address. You should always have two or three ways of generating or receiving the second factor but you always need to know the password. Moreover if you intend to change your security info like your phone number, you need to change it while you have both the old and new numbers available, if possible, but everything requires you to know your password when MFA is enabled. The password reset robot cannot work when MFA is enabled.

    The website in question is using the phone number you told it to use for multifactor authentication (MFA.)

    Sign in to the website, go to the section in your profile where you told the website to use a certain phone number for MFA, and change the phone number.

    Intune MFA

    Hello. We will soon switch over to Intune for our Mobil Device Management (we currently use Centrify). We also use ServiceNow(SN) for incident management. We would like require MFA when users Log into SN from outside of
    our network (ie on their home computer). ServiceNow's MFA is not user friendly. Do you know if we can use Intune for this? Currently, SN uses our on-prem Active Directory for Authentication. I heard Azure AD could possibly be used for SN MFA, but I am not
    sure if that is possible.

    Any help/suggestions that you have would be appreciated.
