Windows 10: MFA for on premise application.

Hi guys,I have a published on premise application, but I need to secure it with a multi factor authentication, I already have a public ip for it, I would try to use application proxy but what will happen to the public DNS, and is it gonna changed?

How would one go about getting users who have signed up and activated their MFA account through the user portal via a powershell command? I'd like to be able to include this in one of my scripts.
