Windows 10: MFA method order not respected

Here are my MFA sign-in methods. In the sector marked in green I configured my favourite sign-in method. Still the system does not respect it. The problem occured recently, after I added the Authenticator-App method. The system shows me the mask to enter the code from the Authenticator-App. Only after klicking on "Use other method" I can choose from all methods. What effect does the selection marked in green have? I can't see any!

Intune MFA

Hello. We will soon switch over to Intune for our Mobil Device Management (we currently use Centrify). We also use ServiceNow(SN) for incident management. We would like require MFA when users Log into SN from outside of
our network (ie on their home computer). ServiceNow's MFA is not user friendly. Do you know if we can use Intune for this? Currently, SN uses our on-prem Active Directory for Authentication. I heard Azure AD could possibly be used for SN MFA, but I am not
sure if that is possible.

Any help/suggestions that you have would be appreciated.

Learning method

Trial and error is always the best, but you need to get an idea of what you need to do in order to use trial and error. I would start out with tutorials, and maybe a textbook for reference.

All the methods you listed are great ways to learn. Each person learns differently than the other. The individual that is trying to learn needs to figure out which learning method is best suited for them, and they can figure that out with trial and error with the methods you listed. *Toast :toast:

Hello, I have implemented a custom policy with MFA in Azure B2C . Now I want to be able to exclude some users from MFA step? How can achieve that?
