Windows 10: mfc110u.dll not found... Tried Everything

Hello, I recently upgraded my desktop pc to an M.2 NVME ssd after my old hard drive failed. I backed up all my important files and set my pc up with the SSD as my boot drive. I installed all of my games again but one game will not boot. Everytime I've tried to boot up the game, Hob, whether it was from the desktop or from the game store it came from Epic Games Store, a popup comes up with the title "Hoblauncher.exe - System Error". The text inside the box says "The code execution cannot proceed because mfc110u.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." I've tried everything to fix the problem, including but not limited to:


Reboot


Safe Mode boot


SFC Scan and fix


Windows Virus and Malware Scan No Problems Found


Uninstalling the game and Epic Games Store then reinstalling


Uninstalling C++ redestributable then reinstalling, trying each different version


Windows Update says that I am up to date


The problem even persists through a full Windows reinstallation and reformat of my drive, and I can't get the game to start. Any help would be appreciated!

Windows 10 Pro Vers. 1909

AMD 3200g

16 GB RAM

DLL Missing

The problem is, that the required DLL is not actually even listed there.
There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.

There are a lot of factors for this matter. to isolate the issue, we have some questions for you:

  What application does the .dll belongs to?
  
• 
  Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the software?
  
• 
  Aside from downloading and installing the .dll file, what other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

DLL Missing

I actually posted the link for the "list of troubleshooting steps to resolve your boost_threads.dll problems" which is located half way down the page. I did not mean to promote any downloads.

Why don't I just go back and indicate that on my original post? That way there's access to the 'step-by-step' instructions, which are accessed via those green 'plus' signs next to the topics.
