Windows 10: mfc90.dll mismatch in win10 pro -SFC finds error on Microsoft.VC90.MFC:how to repair

I am searching a bad problem with effects:

Windows blue screen with error: FAULTY_HARDWARE_CORRUPTED_PAGE
I have tried possible solution(How to fix Faulty Hardware Corrupted Page Error in Windows?) found on Google. But the "Method 1: Disabling fast startup" in the above hyperlink didn't work, nor did the "Running a RAM Check in Method 2. When I tried "Running System File Checker" in Method 2 with "sfc /scannow" command, the system found errors on Microsoft.VC90.MFC:

Error: ucrtbase.terminate not located in the dynamic link library api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll

Open elevated cmd.
Type the following command: regsvr32 /u api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll.
Type the following command: regsvr32 /i api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll.
Close cmd. Shut down. Restart.

That being said, I also did a registry cleaning, and it also had a pending update that went through that was apparently awaiting a full shut down. It might very well have just been that.

Microsoft can nudge all they want, I'm keeping this older model laptop on 7, it's not powerful enough for the bloat of 10. I was very near to running a sfc scan (I was going to make that my last thing to set it to do before retiring to bed for the night) and then putting the windows disc in and repairing the install like you suggested tomorrow if the sfc repair didn't work.

 

Need some Vista SP2 DLLs, SFC gone bad

My mom shut down here pc wrong ... she has no recovery disc and my disc is not SP2.... but I got the log below if anyone can put these dlls and the one INI in the web via a site like filefront would be awesome ...
