Windows 10: Mfs 40th addition wont install

When i start the game it takes me to jnstalation manager where i have to download additional content. While downloading the game it continiously stops at 4.77Gb it will then restart back to 0 percent. The downlaod will then resime about 30-45 minutes it will then stop running and crash the game. Ive tried several times but it continues to crash. I have tried everything in help center forums everything and nothing works. Extremely disappointed since i oaid for this game and this continues to happen.

Insurgency wont install and run for me....

I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

Any ideas?
