Windows 10: Mi laptop rtx3050, i7 11800h está lenta Acer nitro

Hace 3 días que mi laptop está lenta, me he dado cuenta que mi GPU está al 100% y solo consume 19w, cuando normalmente consumía entre 60w y 80w,investigue un poco y llegué a un comentario que tenía el mismo problema, lo que sugería era desahabilitar la tarjeta gráfica desde el panel de control y activarla reinstalando los gráficos desde nvidia, lo he hecho y funcionó pero no tarda más de 20min y vuelve a bajar a 19w de consumo, que puedo hacer?

Go into BIOS/UEFI Setup to see if you can set the onboard chip to default. You can power on while pressing the Acer F1 or ESC key. Older models may use F2. This may be listed on the BIOS splash screen.

If you don't get a display for the BIOS even, then I'd reinstall the Nvidia card and properly disable it in BIOS setup before removing it this time.

Acer nitro 5 microphone

I just got an acer nitro 5 and i got the actual headset to work. But whenever I plug my shure mic in the usb spot it doesnt work. It shows that my mic is on and everything but in the laptop settings the mic is not there.
