Windows 10: Mic and audio problems with Turtle Beach PX22 headset windows 11

Hello, I recently tried connecting my PX22 headsets to my PC as described in the official Turtle Beach page.After connecting, the mic doesn't seem to be working, as in voice recordings I've attempted the mic doesn't even pick up sound. Additionally, only the left side of the headset seems to be working when I plug it into the computer. The headset hardware works fine, as I tried the hardware using just the headset and its 3.5 mm plug connected to my laptop's audio jack also windows 11 and both the audio and mic worked perfect on that device. Is there a way I can fix this issue, or is using

Hi, yesterday i bought the Turtle Beach PX22 and i pluggt it in my laptop with windows 10 and the mic make my voice sounds like a robot.

I pluggt the headset into my father pc with windows 7 and there it worked fine.

How can I fix this problem?

PS: I'm from germany so my english is not so good

• Did you check recording with any other device in Windows 10 and check if the same issue persists?
• What is the make and model of your PC?

This issue might be due to outdated drivers or conflicts in hardware to cause these kind of issues.

Method 1: Run Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter
and check if it helps.

2. type
troubleshooting in search box and Select Troubleshooting.

3. Select
View all on the top left corner.

4. Click

5. Follow the on-screen instruction to run the troubleshooter.

Method 2: Reinstall and
update the drivers Sound card drivers and check if it helps.

There might be conflicts regarding the drivers, this reinstallation and updating the drivers will help the devices work normally.

Turtle Beach PX22 Headset

My turtle beach headset no longer works as intended, the game and other audio no longer being controlled by the volume slider and Skype being controlled by another slider, now all my volume is controlled by the Skype slider, my bass and treble sliders
no longer do anything, and the headphone jack itself is not required, as the headphone's microphone and speakers work fine, but the problem with the separate audio controls and no bass or treble working is a serious enough problem that I am considering downgrading
back to 8 to regain this functionality.
