    Mic doesn't work despite trying everything recommended


    As the title says I have tried everything to get my mic to work I have gone to privacy and made sure everything mic related is enabled, I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers multiple times, I have updated my motherboard drivers. I am not sure what else to do. This is a brand new headset with the mic and it worked at first then suddenly stopped working and I am not sure how to fix.

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    USB Mic Problems.

    The next step is what I suggested originally. Try it in a friend's PC or take it to Best Buy and ask them to try it one of their PC's. Have to confirm the mic is working OK.

    My headphones microphone doesn´t work

    I recently updated my Asus laptop to windows 10 and noticed that my microphone doesn´t work anymore. Before it was working well and after the update it started using my laptops own mic and in settings i cant change input to anything
