Windows 10: Mic hardware not detected

So I have multiple audio devices on this pc, Nvidia HDMI, Realtek onboard sound chip, creative sound blaster, and 4k camera with mic.
Win10 detects and loads all the drivers for every sound device shows default or ready except for the Realtek 2nd front panel

mic, it also shows code 45 for the Realtek rear mic as not connected

onboard mic not detected by windows

There are a lot of possible causes why this matter occurred. To isolate the issue, we have some questions for you:

  When did this issue start?
  
• 
  Were there any changes made before the issue occurred?
  
• 
  Does the on-board
  microphone work before?
  
• 
  Have you tried updating your driver?
  
• 
  What other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
  

We suggest that you run the
Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter
and check if there's any changes. To run the
Troubleshooter, kindly follow these steps:

• 
  On the search bar,
  type Troubleshooting
  and hit
  Enter.
  
• 
  Choose
  Hardware and Sound.
  
• 
  Click on
  Hardware and Devices
  to run the
  Troubleshooter.

USB Mic Problems.

The next step is what I suggested originally. Try it in a friend's PC or take it to Best Buy and ask them to try it one of their PC's. Have to confirm the mic is working OK.
