Windows 10: Mic: No Input Devices Found

My Mic in my laptop is not visible, it says "No Input Devices Found" in Settings> System>Sound> Input, I've tried troubleshooting from Microsoft but couldn't solve the problem. I've also looked at Device Manager> Audio Inputs and outputs, I could only see Speakers, but not any Mics. I remember that I used to see Realtek Device as the Mic in my Laptop.Here are the Screenshots of my issue:

The issue could be because of the internal mic picking up sound even when the external device is pluuged in. If you have the RealTek HD Audi Manager installed on the machine, I would suggest you to try the steps listed below and check if it works for
you.

• Open RealTek HD Audio Manager and go to the
  Advanced tab.
  
• Check the boxes Separate all input jacks as independent input devices
  and Mute the internal output device, when external headphone is plugged in,
  and hit OK.
  
• Exit RealTek HD Audio Manager, restart the machine and see if the issue persists.

USB Mic Problems.

The next step is what I suggested originally. Try it in a friend's PC or take it to Best Buy and ask them to try it one of their PC's. Have to confirm the mic is working OK.

 

Mic detected but not receiving input

yes I installed all windows updates and downloaded all acer drivers for my laptop from the website, in the device manager screen there is no more devices with exclamation marks, mic is detected but still no input, I will upload the new V2 tomorrow night then
