Windows 10: Mic problems

So I bought the Electra V2 a while ago and all the sudden I couldn't hear my mic so I tried fixing it is on computer so I'm using the stereo and mic output and I tried just using the headset without this just to hear sound and I plugged my mic into the pc in the mic input it worked i could here and my mic worked but I then I added the analog connector just to the mic input and attaching the mic to the end and it worked so I then put the audio input into the were the mic should go and my mic was working so then i but the mic doesn't work when connected to the headset and when I go and listen to what the mic is hearing it picks up the pc sounds like it and nothing else is on except that mic I even tried doing this at the back of the pc and the same thing. I tried uninstalling realtek and this did not fix it i dont know if this is a razer error or a microsft error because it works fine on my phone but not on my pc

The next step is what I suggested originally. Try it in a friend's PC or take it to Best Buy and ask them to try it one of their PC's. Have to confirm the mic is working OK.

im having the same problem as well, gone through all the steps listed but still no luck unfortunately.

Headset mic not working

This might occur when some of the mic setting got corrupted.

I would suggest you to try running Recording audio troubleshooter.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Type Troubleshooting in the Search area on the taskbar and select
  Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Select Hardware and Sound.
  
• 
  Select Recording Audio under
  Sound and follow the on screen.
