Windows 10: Mic randomly turning on after windows 24h2 update

Hello...So I have this problem with my mic, whenever I'd open some apps like discord and more for example it would turn my microphone on. This started happening ever since I installed the window 24h2 update. I was looking to see if I can rollback the update, but the update wasnt in my update history for some odd reason which means I cant uninstall the update. Is there anyway I can roll back the update without the windows update histor or find a fix to my microphone turning on when I launch some apps.

this always happens like randomly sometimes
and i didnt even do anything and windows so buggy this just happens randomly

i need list of everything to check and do to see if any of them work
mic that comes with computer
mic is on, etc etc

tested on 4-5 mic sites, doenst work on any

 

USB Mic Problems.

The next step is what I suggested originally. Try it in a friend's PC or take it to Best Buy and ask them to try it one of their PC's. Have to confirm the mic is working OK.
