    Hello


    I just bought a microphone Tonor Q9. It works, but it doesn't work for long: it loses levels after a while.


    I've searched the web for answers, and I've done what I've found which is not much. All suggestions go around the settings.


    Initially, I thought the problem was related to my switching between microphones, but I have noticed that I don't need to switch to a different mic for it to lose levels. After a few minutes, it loses levels, and I have to press the volume button on the mic for it to regain levels.


    If I try to use it in a MS Teams meeting it goes a bit crazy. When I check the levels, during a Teams meeting because they go down, I see the levels continually change from 53 to 35, non-stop. It's like a blinking light.


    For example. I set the level to 95 from Settings/Sound/Input/Device properties, and it works for a while. After about 5 minutes, I have to do it again. If I use it in a Teams meeting, I can't even adjust it. The levels jump between 53 and 35 on their own and the only way to stop it is by stopping the meeting.


    I will appreciate your suggestions.

  2. Built-in mic problem when used with MS Teams

    My built-in mic is not working when used with MS Teams. I tried a wired headset and wireless headphones with no benefit. I have this problem just in calls on Microsoft Teams but I don’t have it with Skype and other services.

    I recently bought a new microphone. (TONOR USB Microphone kit Q9). When using it it will work for a while until tabbing out or updating the mic in someway which will cause it to stop working and when looking at the volume it will be fixed at a point. I've
    used troubleshooting and seen if there is updated drivers none of these have managed to improve it.

    I've used other USB microphones just fine and have had no problems so its specific to this one microphone somehow

    Id really appreciate help as I've been stressing for a while about fixing it.

    USB Mic Problems.

    The next step is what I suggested originally. Try it in a friend's PC or take it to Best Buy and ask them to try it one of their PC's. Have to confirm the mic is working OK.
