    My reason 200 headset with a 3.5 mm headset jack won't work. Why I plug it into my pc it shows the mic volume at 50% as shown in the image above. If you have any idea plz help. Thx

    USB Mic Problems.

    The next step is what I suggested originally. Try it in a friend's PC or take it to Best Buy and ask them to try it one of their PC's. Have to confirm the mic is working OK.
