Windows 10: Mica/transparency effect has a weird black/desaturated bar at the edge of screen

A somewhat annoying issue I have on my PC is that any app that has the Mica transparency effect either first party like the settings app, Microsoft Word, File Explorer or third party like Arc browser has a black line at the right edge of my main monitor I have 2 and seems to only happen on the second monitor. This doesn't happen on the taskbar, but every app that uses Mica effects has this issue, however, any app that uses Acrylic instead looks completely fine. My graphics drivers are all up to date, and sfc /scannow didn't find anything either. Is there any fix for this?System InfoProcess

Transparency effect

After a recent update in Windows 10, I am seeing that every time I open my laptop the transparency effect of the task bar turns to a deep blue color. When i check in the settings it shows that the transparency effect is still on. Is this some kind of bug,
please help.

 

Desaturate the task bar icons??

I am going for a totally desaturated, grey, look for my desktop. I've got that as far as I can take it, but, I can't figure out how I can desaturate the icons on the task bar. I can not stand having the task bar automatically hide itself, so I'm stuck.
Hopefully I can get some help here. Here's a screen shot to show what I mean.

 

Weird transparent bar on screen that wont go away..

I turned on my laptop this morning to find a 3 inch transparent bar running horizontally across my screen.

I ran Task Manager and found nothing out of the ordinary.

I ran a Full virus scan with Kaspersky Total Security 2018 and nothing was detected.

I turned off transparency effect in Settings which did nothing.

I took a screenshot but it's not in the image!

What can I do to remove the bar? It's really annoying when trying to work.
