Windows 10: Micosoft Store wont Install anything

Alright so straight to the point, I need to install the XBOX Accessories application. So I go and follow the steps going to xbox.com/accessories-app and even searching in the store itself, it opens just fine but when I go to install it, the button does nothing I clicked it once and waited 10 minutes 3 times.I have run WSReset and WSReset did not work when running it via CMD or on it's own through the start menu. it sat there for over 30 minutes taking up no rescources and sat idle from what I could see.I have also tried "reinstalling" the store with commands.I have tried using the trouble

Insurgency wont install and run for me....

I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

Any ideas?

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.
