Windows 10: Micron 2200 nvme ssd freezes up while playing games

My Micron 2200 nvme ssd freezes up while playing games, giving it keyboard input makes it unfreeze but disables the keyboard. i have tried diagnosing every part of the computer but it seems to be an ssd problem due to the lamp turning off. after it freezes once it will keep freezing til i exit the game and shut down the computer. I need to leave the computer off for a while because if i start up right away the boot screen freezes, though sometimes keyboard input will make it boot, although the keyboard will disable again

Windows 10 INF for Micron 2200 NVMe hard drive

How can I find the inf file for the Micron 2200 NVMe SSD? Does such a thing exist? If the backup/transfer software I'm using doesn't recognize this new drive that I want to transfer to, I'm supposed to find the inf driver for it so the software can recognize
the drive. Which Windows 10 INF is used for this disk drive?

I ran across this because I was having the same issue. If it helps, I ended up making a Window PE boot image through my backup software, and that helped it to recognize the Micron 2200 that was the system SSD.
