    Have you ever heard of a tech and security company called HBC WIN-TECH, President Robert Miller, located at 3764 Harrison Street, Gary, Indiana may also be known as PC Complaints, is this a legit company or a scam. if they are not
    legit how do I get rid of them and protect my system!

    Ontime Tech Support is just an I.T company. I do not think Microsoft specifically supports the company.
