Windows 10: Microphone input leads to tabbing out and 100% CPU usage

Whenever I join voice chat of any kind tried discord and valorant ig my computer starts to freak out. Best way I could describe it is if you keep Alt tabbing and all I can see is the wallpaper go black and back. I can’t see any open apps nor do much while it’s happening. And as soon as I leave voice chat it goes back to normal.While my pc is freaking out, I can open task manager and it shows 100CPU usage, however I was unable to track down what exactly is causing it.I haven’t changed anything in my pc settings before the issue. I tried using a different mic. I tried troubleshooting.I tried u

CPU Usage 100% and idle process is 100%

My CPU usage shows permanently 100% in task manager (in "Processes" tab) even my system idle process (in "Details" tab) is almost 100% and the CPU runs hot - fan is permanently on - CPU speed (in "Performance" tab) is always a bit above maximum speed!!!
McAfee doen't show any virus problem. HP Spectre.

CPU usage at 100% from start up for no apparently good reason. Service Host appears to be the problem but I cant narrow it down more than that at present.

Any suggestions?

I am using Windows 10 full release version 64 bit.

Windows update is leading the CPU usage to High in multiple systems.

"System" process is utilizing more than 30-50 % CPU which is causing 70-100% CPU utilization and whole system gets down.
