Windows 10: microphone is not working...no input devices found

Discus and support microphone is not working...no input devices found in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I have disabled from the device manager.     microphone is not working...no input devices found


    I have disabled from the device manager. My sound is working as a speaker realtekR audio. I do not have any choices to pair a new input device or choose a device for speaking or recording. Could use some guidance. Thank you,Carol
