Windows 10: Microphone is not working on Lenovo windows 10-11

Hi there,I need your support. Recently my colleague has a problem with the mic on windows 11/10 once she had a meeting via zoom, teams or else.... Members in the meeting don't hear her voice. First resolved I do because it was from related zoom muted.But now it is happening again. So why does it happen again and again? Any solutions for this matter. I don't want to reset windows or a new setup?

Did you check if headphone you are using is working fine?



I suggest you to run “Playing audio troubleshooter” to diagnose and fix the issue.

• 
  Type Troubleshooter in the Search box and then press Enter.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting. Click on View All and select
  Playing audio.
  
• 
  Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions.
  

The issue cab be resolved by making Microphone as the default device and updating the sound card drivers.

Make sure that the Microphone is not disabled and is set as default.

Make sure that the microphone that you are using is not disabled and is set as default in the computer. Follow these steps to check this:

• 
  Right click on the volume icon and select “Recording devices”.
  
• 
  Now, right click on an empty space and select, “Show disconnected devices” and “Show disabled devices”.
  
• 
  Select “Microphone” and click on “Properties” and make sure that the microphone is enabled.
  
• 
  You may also check if the microphone that you are using is set as default.

Since I installed windows 10 my microphone is not working. I tried ALL the steps that you suggested in other threads and the microphone still doesn't work! Please find urgently a solution!
