    Microphone limited Access

Greetings my fellow man and woman. I come before you to ask for some helpful assistance. Typically you'd have issues with a mic not putting out or just putting out to absolutely everything it can. I'm right in between that. I'm having a problematic issue where my Mic only wants to work with a single application at any time. For example and hypothetically speaking, say I have two apps that use my Mic. One is Skype and the other is Discord. Both start closed but if I open Discord, Discord will use the Mic and have no problems. If I open skype with discord still open, Skype will register the mic but will have 0 input from the mic, and closing discord will not resolve the issue. In order for Skype to have input is by closing all apps, and then reopening the app. This goes Either way. I Don't know why this is the case and it impacts more than just these two hypothetical examples. In order to make my life a little easier, if there is a way that two apps can use the mic at the same time, that would be a good help.

    :)
