    I have bought the Razer BlackShark V2 X headset with mic and a single jack as my laptop only has one plug. Whenever I plug it in, it asks me to choose between microphone, headset or earphones. I tried all three and only the headphones are detected and work but the microphone is never detected. I uninstalled and reinstalled everything, Audio devices are updated, laptop is on the latest update. I tried to plug in my headphone on my work laptop also with a single jack and win 11 and it worked right away, mic and headset both detected on the first try. What can I do to solve this problem? Thank
