I understand that your microphone is not working in Zoom, even though it works for other applications on your Windows 10 Lenovo ThinkPad. You've already checked the privacy and sound settings, and even tried disabling sound enhancement with no luck.

Have you tried updating the Zoom app and checking if the microphone is selected as the default recording device in the sound settings? If these suggestions don't work, it may be worth reaching out to Zoom or Lenovo support for further assistance. In the meantime, using an external microphone can be a temporary solution.

Microphone not working in Zoom Conference

I cannot get the microphone to work when on a Zoom App conference. I have a brand new HP notebook using Windows 10. Any suggestions?

Hi, during a zoom call my microphone did not work. I could hear everyone fine but no-one could hear me. I have tried all settings suggestions but when I test mic I am not getting picked up. My microphone doesn't work at all it seems. This is a brand new
HP laptop.
