    Microphone on my Dell Inspiron is not working.


    Using Zoom for the first time on my new Dell Inspiron whilst I could hear other participants they could not hear me. I have run all checks and troubleshoot programs without success. Sound input troubleshoot reports amongst other things that "Both the Windows Audio and Windows Audio End Point Builder Services must be running for audio to work correctly. At least one of these services isn't running" Any ideas?

    I have just downloaded Windows 10 to a Dell Inspiron 546 with a Dell 810 All in One printer. The previous OS was Windows 7. I had downloaded Windows 10 because the Windows invitation assured me all was well for the download.

    Having made the download I discover I can not print. The printer is listed in settings. It used to be the default device.

    Can you advise the steps I should take?
